Items are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. - Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Once approved, ship the product back to our address. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. - Refunds
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. - Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the return process above. Once received, we will dispatch the replacement item, subject to availability.
